The INFLUXIO Lawyers team

From the outset, INFLUXIO chose a specialised rather than generalist positioning. The firm was built around a clear conviction: players in the creative and digital industries need lawyers who master not only the applicable legal framework, but also the economic, technical and contractual realities specific to their sectors.

To date, the law firm has advised over 800 clients in these sectors, with a constant commitment to rigour and proximity.

Our areas of practice.

The law firm's practice is built around four main pillars, complemented by several related areas.

Influencer law is a core area of the firm's practice. INFLUXIO advises content creators, talent agents and influencer agencies on structuring their contractual relationships, compliance with the French Influencer Act of 9 June 2023 and advertising regulations, and the defence of their interests, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.

Music law is a second major pillar. The firm covers the entire music value chain: publishing, phonographic production, artist management, performer contracts, distribution and synchronisation.

Digital law and new technologies form the third pillar. INFLUXIO advises clients on IT and technology contracts, software and SaaS, platforms and digital services, artificial intelligence, personal data and GDPR, e-commerce, cybersecurity and European digital regulation, notably under the AI Act, the DSA and the DMA.

Intellectual property is the fourth pillar. The firm practises in industrial property as well as literary and artistic property, notably trademark law, designs and models, copyright, software and domain names. It assists clients in protecting, exploiting and defending their assets: clearance searches, filings and portfolio management, assignment and licence agreements, opposition, invalidity and revocation proceedings, and litigation involving infringement, unfair competition and free-riding.

Beyond these four pillars, INFLUXIO practises in press and online reputation law (defamation, de-indexing, right of reply), advertising regulation, audiovisual law (production, co-production, distribution), corporate and commercial law, and image rights.

Litigation is a transversal and structuring dimension of the firm's practice. INFLUXIO appears daily before civil, commercial and criminal courts, in France and Belgium, and triggers emergency procedures (urgent référé, ex parte orders, saisie-contrefaçon) whenever the situation requires it. This litigation culture feeds back into our advisory work: every contract, every protection strategy and every operation is designed with litigation risk and evidentiary burden in mind, so that the client is positioned strongly should a dispute arise.

This breadth of expertise enables the firm to handle each case comprehensively, drawing simultaneously on the various relevant branches of law.

Our team.

The law firm is led by three founding partners. Maître Raphaël Molina practises primarily in intellectual property, influencer law and business law; he played an active role in drafting the French Influencer Act of 9 June 2023. Maître Maria Berrada specialises in trademark law, digital law and data protection (GDPR); a registered DPO with the CNIL, she also advises on the legal challenges of artificial intelligence and Web3. Maître Alexandre Bigot-Joly practises in music law, media law and criminal law; admitted to the Paris and Brussels Bars, he represents influencers, labels and artists.

They are supported by Maître Thomas Ascione and Maître Nadine Bitar-Fonant. This deliberately compact structure ensures personalised case management and responsiveness.

One of INFLUXIO's distinctive features is its bilateral positioning. Depending on the case, the firm acts for creators, influencers and artists as well as for advertisers, brands, labels and producers. This practice on both sides of the contractual relationship fosters a deep understanding of the interests at stake and enables more precise and strategic advice.

The firm's lawyers regularly contribute to mainstream and specialist media (BFMTV, TF1, Le Parisien, Le Figaro, Les Échos), maintain an active presence on social media, and participate in professional conferences and training programmes in their areas of expertise.

Our ambition.

INFLUXIO pursues its development through continuous monitoring and anticipation. The firm invests in emerging legal topics related to artificial intelligence, the AI Act, the DSA and DMA, blockchain, deepfakes and the regulation of digital platforms. It also integrates the latest technological tools into its working methods, combining legal expertise with operational efficiency.

This monitoring work carries over into the courtroom. INFLUXIO maps emerging litigation areas upstream (deepfakes, generative-AI infringement, online reputation harms, DSA platform disputes), builds the corresponding evidentiary strategies and identifies attack or defence angles before a dispute crystallises. Anticipating this way lets us choose the timing and the forum of a case instead of enduring them.

Present in Paris and Brussels, the law firm intends to continue its growth while remaining true to its founding principles: specialisation, rigour and closeness to its clients - an approach valued by those who place their trust in it, as reflected by its 4.9/5 rating on Google.
